Advania Delivers 22% Revenue Growth in 2025, Exceeding SEK 2 Billion in Adjusted EBITDA

Advania today publishes its Annual & Sustainability Report for 2025, reporting revenue of SEK 18.4 billion, representing 22% growth year-on-year, and surpassing SEK 2 billion in adjusted EBITDA. Cash conversion remained strong at 104%.

This performance marks a significant milestone for Advania and reflects sustained commercial momentum across its core markets. Demand for managed services continued to grow, alongside an expanding role in managing business-critical IT environments for organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Growth during the year was driven by a combination of organic expansion and a disciplined acquisition strategy. Advania completed five acquisitions in 2025, further strengthening its capabilities and geographic presence. Since 2021, this strategy has contributed to nearly tripling the company in size.

Key highlights from 2025:

  • Revenue of SEK 18.4 billion, up 22% year-on-year
  • Adjusted EBITDA of SEK 2,007 million, a record high
  • Cash conversion of 104%
  • Five acquisitions completed, enhancing capabilities and market reach

"This is a milestone year for Advania," says Hege Støre, CEO of Advania. "Growth in excess of 22% and surpassing SEK 2 billion in adjusted EBITDA demonstrates the strength and scalability of our business model. We continue to deliver profitable growth while becoming an increasingly integral partner in our customers' operations."

Supporting organisations where technology is critical

During 2025, Advania continued to deepen its role in supporting organisations where technology is essential to everyday operations. This work increasingly spans the full lifecycle of IT, from advisory and infrastructure design to implementation, operation, and continuous improvement.

Across sectors such as healthcare, public services, and energy, organisations rely on stable, secure, and continuously evolving IT environments to deliver services that people depend on. This is driving demand for long-term partnerships, where responsibility extends beyond delivery into ongoing performance, resilience, and development.

"At the core, this is about trust," says Støre. "Our customers rely on us not just to run their systems, but to help them make the right technology choices and improve over time."

Turning AI ambition into practical value

Interest in artificial intelligence accelerated across all markets in 2025. Adoption, however, has not kept pace with ambition. Most organisations are still at the pilot stage, with few yet able to point to measurable operational change.

Advania strengthened its AI capabilities during the year through targeted investments and by building expertise across its markets, spanning advisory, architecture, and implementation. The focus is on helping customers move beyond experimentation and into real operational use, improving workflows, supporting decision-making, and increasing efficiency while maintaining security, governance, and control.

“We’re seeing a huge amount of momentum around AI, and an exciting opportunity to unlock even more value,” says Støre. “Our role is to help customers bridge that gap and turn AI into something that truly drives meaningful improvements in their business and future growth.”

Focused on structural growth areas

Advania's strategy is centered around three areas where demand is expected to grow structurally across all markets: data and artificial intelligence, cyber resilience, and total lifecycle management. These priorities reflect the challenges customers are facing as cyber threats increase, regulatory pressure grows, and the need to manage IT assets more efficiently reshapes how organisations approach technology.

Positioned for continued growth in 2026

Advania enters 2026 with strong momentum and a clear ambition to double in size over the next five years. As organisations continue to consolidate their IT relationships around fewer, more capable partners, the company expects demand for its services to remain strong.
